How to organize item? order depend on menu form. For example, any bottle should be laid flat.
How to balance on tray? Server should be reminder and need to check all of item depending on customer's order. -order a little--> use tray -order many--> use trolley.
Floor service Breakfast ++Door Knop Menu++
Door Knop menu is the breakfast menu that hang on front of the guest door which include menu of A la carte or also Set menu.
*1. Guest will pick menu inside the room then order by leave outside the room.
*2. Room service Staff will take it.

Kitchen team will preparing food ordered to guest on tray. --> Mise En Place to Room Service server.

1. All items are correct and complete.

*Position Yourself.
Entering w/ trolley --> make sure trolley and equipment in good order.
--> Stand middle in front of door to guest can see.
Entering w/ tray --> Carry tray above shoulder.
Checking Standard.

- Check delivery time. (The time you stand in front guest room)
- Review guest's name. (Practice to pronounce)

Knock guest door -- Use back hand to knock the door.(3 knocks) and say ''Room Service'' loud and clear.
-- How to identify yourself ? Knock 1,2,3. and Say loud/clear.
In case if no reply? .. wait 30 seconds, knock door instead.
If no answer? report to room service.
